This practice area is devoted to learning and improving our knowledge base so that we may better assist our customers with strategic planning and make better decisions around technology investments. It includes:

Emerging Technologies Watch (ETW) – which monitors the market, available technologies and technologies under development today to build up a portfolio of solutions for our customers as well as to educate them how the technology market may affect them in the future
Innovation – which strives to learn how to better innovate and drive change forward from a technology, political and sociocultural standpoint. It is hoped by investing in this area of research, we’ll be better able to help our customers innovate and keep moving forward in their respective, competitive market sectors.
